Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

By visiting, registering or shopping at www.ucuzofiskoltuklari.com (hereinafter “Site”), you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between the real/legal person who visits, registers or shops on the Site (hereinafter “User”) and Ucuz Ofis Koltukları – [Your Full Company Name] (hereinafter “Company”).

2. Subject and Scope

Determining the terms of use of the Site, membership procedures, order placement, custom-made office chair sales and all services provided.

3. Membership and Account Security

• You declare and undertake that all information you provide during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
• You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities carried out through your account.
• Persons under the age of 18 may register only with parental/guardian consent.
• The Company reserves the right to permanently terminate membership if false or third-party information is detected.

4. Order, Production and Delivery

• All products are manufactured upon order, customized to your specific dimensions, color and features.
• Production begins immediately after payment confirmation; no products are kept in stock.
• Delivery times are calculated based on the business days stated on the product page.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

• Prices are inclusive of VAT and quoted in Turkish Lira.
• The Company reserves the right to change prices and campaigns without prior notice.
• Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer/EFT, cash on delivery (only in certain regions).

6. Cancellation, Return and Exchange

• Custom-made products are excluded from return and exchange under Article 15/g of the Distance Sales Regulation.
• Cancellation is accepted only within 2 hours after payment confirmation. After this period, production begins and cancellation is not possible.
• In case of manufacturing defects, free repair or replacement is provided under the 2-year warranty.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, images, logos, designs, software and content on the Site belong to the Company. They cannot be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Information on the Site is for general guidance only; the Company is not liable for technical errors.
• The Site is not guaranteed to be free from viruses or malicious software. Users are responsible for their own security measures.

9. Termination of Agreement and Membership

The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership of users who violate Site rules without prior notice.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Turkish Law. In case of disputes, Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

11. Effective Date

These Terms of Use and Membership Agreement enter into force the moment you first visit the Site and remain valid throughout your use.
