2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The sale and delivery of the custom-made office chair ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, whose specifications and sale price are stated below, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. DELIVERY AND PRODUCTION PERIOD

Since the product is custom-manufactured upon order, the average production + shipping period is 10–25 business days. The exact period is stated on the product page. The Buyer accepts this period.

5. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for “goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or clearly his/her personal needs”.

Therefore, all office chairs produced in the size, color, fabric, mechanism and features you have chosen are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return.

6. EXCEPTIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

• Goods manufactured in accordance with the Buyer’s special requests
• Goods prepared with custom dimensions and features for a person or premises

7. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 2 (two)-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Warranty terms and conditions are detailed on our “Warranty Conditions” page.

8. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In case of default in credit-card payments, the Buyer accepts the obligation to pay the debts to the bank.

9. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this contract, Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees (up to 650,000 TRY) and Istanbul (Çağlayan) Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

10. EFFECTIVENESS

By ticking the box “I have read and accept the Distance Sales Contract” on the payment page, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract. The contract is concluded electronically at the time of order and sent to the parties by e-mail.
