Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of www.ucuzofiskoltuklari.com (“Site”), you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms.

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement is concluded between the real or legal person who registers on the Site (“Member”) and Ucuz Ofis Koltukları – [Your Full Company Name] (“Company”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

Determining the conditions for creating a membership account, placing orders, benefiting from campaigns and using other services provided by the Company.

3. Membership Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• The Member declares and undertakes that all information provided (name-surname, phone, e-mail, address, etc.) is accurate, up-to-date and belongs to them.
• One person cannot open more than one membership; additional accounts may be permanently closed by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel memberships created with false or third-party information without prior notice.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

• The Member is obliged to keep their account password confidential. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by sharing the password with third parties.
• All transactions made from the account are the Member’s responsibility.

5. Protection of Personal Data

The Member’s personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Detailed information is available on the “KVKK Information Notice” page.

6. E-mail and SMS Permissions

By registering, the Member accepts to receive campaign, discount, new product announcements and informational messages (e-mail/SMS/WhatsApp) to the contact information provided. These permissions can be withdrawn at any time from account settings.

7. Termination of Membership

• The Member may terminate their membership at any time using the “Delete My Account” option.
• The Company may unilaterally and permanently cancel the membership in case of behavior contrary to Site rules (fraud, fake orders, insults, etc.).

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (product images, texts, logo, design) belongs to the Company. It cannot be used, copied or distributed without permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to Turkish Law. In case of disputes, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

10. Entry into Force

This Membership Agreement enters into force the moment the Member completes the registration process and ticks the box “I have read and accept the Membership Agreement”.
