Cancellation and Return Policy
Order Cancellation
All our office chairs are made-to-order and manufactured completely according to your custom dimensions, color and features. For this reason, the production process starts immediately after your order is received.
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours after payment confirmation without any deduction. Just contact us via WhatsApp or phone within this period and we will refund you in full.
- Orders that exceed 2 hours cannot be cancelled because production has already begun.
Right of Return and Exchange
In accordance with Article 48 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 15/g of the Distance Sales Regulation;
“Goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or clearly personalized needs” are excluded from the right of return and exchange.
Therefore:
- All office chairs produced with your chosen custom color, custom size, custom fabric, custom mechanism and additional features cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All custom-made executive chairs, meeting chairs, waiting room chairs, staff chairs etc. fall under this category.
Defective Product and Manufacturing Fault
If you detect damage during delivery or a manufacturing defect when the product reaches you:
- Open and check the package in the presence of the courier during delivery.
- If there is any damage or missing part, be sure to note it on the delivery report.
- Notify us within 48 hours after delivery via WhatsApp or e-mail.
