Duma Mesh Guest Chair features a single-piece body structure made of rigid plastic. This body form helps the chair maintain its shape without flexing in the backrest and seating areas. The plastic frame is internally reinforced at the points where it connects with the mesh surface, preventing loosening during long-term use.
The backrest uses imported rigid mesh material. The mesh texture is woven at a density that allows air circulation on the contact surface. This structure limits heat buildup on the back during prolonged sitting. The seat section is fitted with black imported mesh fabric, firmly fixed to the body to maintain its tension.
In standard production, the body color is black. A white body option is included in the production plan only for high-quantity orders. Color preferences are finalized during the ordering stage.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Order Cancellation
All our office chairs are made-to-order and manufactured completely according to your custom dimensions, color and features. For this reason, the production process starts immediately after your order is received.
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours after payment confirmation without any deduction. Just contact us via WhatsApp or phone within this period and we will refund you in full.
- Orders that exceed 2 hours cannot be cancelled because production has already begun.
Right of Return and Exchange
In accordance with Article 48 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 15/g of the Distance Sales Regulation;
“Goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or clearly personalized needs” are excluded from the right of return and exchange.
Therefore:
- All office chairs produced with your chosen custom color, custom size, custom fabric, custom mechanism and additional features cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All custom-made executive chairs, meeting chairs, waiting room chairs, staff chairs etc. fall under this category.
Defective Product and Manufacturing Fault
If you detect damage during delivery or a manufacturing defect when the product reaches you:
- Open and check the package in the presence of the courier during delivery.
- If there is any damage or missing part, be sure to note it on the delivery report.
- Notify us within 48 hours after delivery via WhatsApp or e-mail.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will produce a brand-new product free of charge or repair it.
Important Notes on Cancellation and Return
- Return requests are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product shipment.
